1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each user and physical device is limited to one active account. Creating multiple accounts on a single device or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and One-Time Passwords (OTP).

2. Fair Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

• No Exploitation: Users are prohibited from deleting and recreating accounts to repeatedly claim welcome bonuses, tokens, promotional trial periods, or referral points.
• No Automation: The use of bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or network emulators to access exam databases or manipulate exam scores is grounds for immediate permanent ban.
• We reserve the right to monitor device signatures and IP patterns to enforce fair competitive integrity on all leaderboards.

3. Educational Content & Intellectual Property

All question banks, explanations, model tests, AI-generated learning materials, logos, and UI designs on Porikkhadaw AI are proprietary. You may not scrape, copy, republish, sell, or distribute our exam questions or software without prior written permission.

4. Tokens, Subscriptions & Payments

• Tokens and VIP packages allow access to premium exam categories, detailed AI analysis, and performance tracking.
• All payments made through official channels (bKash, Nagad, etc.) are processed securely. Digital token purchases and exam fees are non-refundable once consumed or accessed.
• In case of billing discrepancies, users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the Android App or the web portal (https://porikkhadawai.com/delete-account.php). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, abuse, harassment, or violations of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Porikkhadaw AI is an educational study tool designed to aid preparation. While we strive for absolute accuracy in questions and answer keys, we make no guarantees of guaranteed employment or exam selection in government or private competitive exams.

7. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
